If you are not fully satisfied with your UltraLatch purchase you may return them within 60 days from the original purchase order date for a full refund.

Following are the instructions on how to return your Ultralatch Handles:

• All UltraLatch units must be undamaged and returned complete to receive the full credit. All returned units are subject to inspection upon return.
• Please use our contact us page to send an e-mail to our customer service department
• Include your e-mail address and original order number in the comments, as well as the unit SKUs and quantities you want to return.
• We will reply with prepaid UPS return shipping label(s) to attach to your packages
• Return the labeled packages at your local UPS store or pick up location.
